Tailoring Content Per Platform

Generating one piece of content and pushing it identically to every platform is a fast path to poor engagement. Each platform has a distinct format expectation, audience behavior, and algorithm preference. The /docx and /pdf skills generate raw material, your job is to reshape that material for each destination.

Use the /docx skill with explicit platform targeting:

Providing explicit character counts and format constraints in your skill prompt produces platform-ready output rather than generic text you still need to edit.

For technical content, the /pdf skill is particularly effective at extracting quotable data points. A whitepaper might contain a benchmark result buried on page 14. Pull it with:

Approval Workflows and Quality Gates

Content going directly from generation to publication without review is a liability. The xlsx skill supports multi-stage approval tracking:

Store the output in your xlsx calendar across different dates and platforms. A single processing session populates two to three weeks of scheduled content. Log the source document and extraction date in supermemory so you do not reprocess the same material:

The order of operations matters. Build scheduling infrastructure first, then add content extraction, then analytics. Trying to build all phases simultaneously creates complexity before you understand your actual bottlenecks.
